OCR i believe one of the very best CAR rental in Queensland. I went holiday and I rented car from OCR on line this company ZAC and ZEN and AROAN are best people’s to deal with I had issue with my card the gentleman Help me to fix I went to the hotel I forget my luggage in the BUS I was in pain i didn think of it AROAN brought the luggage all way to the hotel was later after work I truly appreciate he’s help I RECOMMEND OCR to everyone the price reasonable better then any and the bond pay back to me today after one day of dropping the car thank you ZAC ZEN and big thank you to AROAN who put up with me I wish them all the very best thank you OCR . Zen and Max were brilliant. Particularly Zen when we had a minor problem with the car. She organised the call-out in under 10 minutes and called me to keep me informed. The RACQ arrived in less than one hour. Excellent. Zen was friendly approachable and very helpful. All on a Sunday, too!
